The Project Manager\u2019s activity involves the planning of interventions, from the concept phase to complete realisation. The greatest challenge for the PM is to achieve set goals by overcoming the restrictions determined by the context in which the project takes place and those of costs, times and quality. For each project, the PM has to form an interdisciplinary team including the professionals necessary for its correct development.
